Seattle is 8th Most Expensive City to Rent in the U.S.
If you are renting in Seattle, you feel this pain: Seattle is ranked as the eighth most expensive city to rent in America. As of December, 2014, median rent in Seattle is $1,580/month for a one-bedroom apartment, and $2,200 for a two-bedroom apartment. It may be stating the obvious, but we’ll say it anyway: the only way to stabilize your monthly living expense is to own a home with a fixed mortgage. So is it time to buy?
